HOW IT WORKS

When it comes to corporate gifting, don’t go it alone. Not only does DeLallo offer the best in gourmet gifting, but we are here to help too! Our real, live experts are there to work with you and manage all the details.

Curated, Ready-To-Ship Gifts

2. Make your selection: order directly online, fill out the form to contact our gift experts or schedule a call.
3. Gifts are made-to-order—carefully hand-packed and ready to ship within as little as 1 week (from the date ordered).

 

Curated, "Ready-To-Ship" gifts are packed in our DeLallo branded gift box with our DeLallo branded gift message card. We can add customizations to any of our curated ready-to-ship gifts, but by doing so would then make your gift fall into the "Custom Gift" category, and will affect lead times.

Custom Gifts

1. Get connected with one of our Personal Gifting Experts. A quick kick-off call to understand your gifting needs, timing and budget.
2. Choose the goods. Browse our collection of over 150 Italian gourmet foods from Italian pasta, olives and olive oil, to pizza dough kits and charcuterie! Let us know what items you are most interested to include in your gift.  We can certainly make some recommendations.
3. Packaging: gift box selection. Let us know if you want our DeLallo Blue Gift box or if you would like us to customize a gift box with your logo. No charge for customization!
4. Pricing estimate. Your gift concierge will send you an estimated quote for the cost of the gift.  Shipping cost will be calculated separately  based on the addresses you provide and timing requirements.
5. Finalize details. We will make sure all the details are taken care of for you (gift messaging, address list, etc.) and contact you with any updates along the way.

6. Ship and wait for the smiles! We will build your custom gifts and prepare them for shipment per your designated date.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

My company needs to send a few (dozen, hundred, thousand) corporate gifts to our business partners, clients and employees. Can you help?

Do you have gifts already curated and ready to ship?

YES! We do. Visit our Ready-To-Ship page here and view our current in stock collection. 

 

Can I add my company logo to the gift?

Yes, you can customize any gift (ready-to-ship or custom) with your logo on the box and gift message. 

 

How early can I place my holiday corporate gift order?

The earlier the better! You can choose to book a SHIP LATER DATE. Call us today! 

 

We have company swag items we want included in a gift. Do you offer this service?

Absolutely! We are happy to include additional promotional swag/materials you would like to include in your shipping box. You are responsible for shipping the swag to our facility and we will take it from there.  

 

What if a recipient doesn’t receive their gift?

We will provide tracking for all gifts to each location, upon request.

 

If a gift is lost, unable to be delivered or gets damaged in transit, we will do our best to get it sent back out as soon as we can. Occasionally, a package is damaged in transit and is unable to be delivered. In the event of this rare occurrence, the package will be returned to us. Once it arrives back at our facilities, it can take several days for our warehouse team to process the return and for us to contact you. If you get notified of a damaged package before we do, please reach out at gifts@delallo.com to let us know. 

 

If we were provided an address by you and it turned out to be incorrect or undeliverable, we will resend the gift as soon as possible at an additional cost.

 

What are my shipping options and how long will my order take to arrive?

All available shipping options are flat rate costs. Our gift concierge will review your shipping locations and make sure your order is shipped the most cost effective way to meet your time requests.

 

Perishable gift orders may not ship out Wednesday - Friday. We do not ship perishable orders over the weekend to ensure they arrive fresh!

Order Processing:

Gift orders are shipped out Monday-Wednesday – to avoid potential weekend delivery delays and to ensure the best quality for perishable products. 

 

Ground/Economy Shipping:

 

• 10-14 business days for processing. This means that your order will ship out from our facility within 14 business days of receiving the order. Shipping time depends on location and the service you choose.

 

• If your order contains Perishable Products, please note that we may not ship it out Thursday - Friday. We do not ship perishable orders over the weekend to ensure they arrive in the best condition. 

 

• We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Once the order leaves our warehouse, the carrier may experience delays.

 

Expedited Shipping:

 

• Your order will NOT arrive the next day. 

 

• Paying for expedited shipping will put your order at the top amongst all other customers that also paid for expedited shipping, in the order it was received.

 

• Up to 5 business days* for processing. This means that your order will ship out from our facility within 5 business days* of receiving the order. Once shipped, it will be delivered next day.

 

• We do not ship perishable orders over the weekend to ensure they arrive fresh!

 

• We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Once the order leaves our warehouse, the carrier may experience delays.

 

 

Perishable Items:

 

• To ensure that the products in your order arrive at the peak of freshness, we do require expedited shipping on certain products that need more refrigeration. Please note, that not all of our cheese and meat items require refrigeration for shipping and will arrive in our standard packaging without ice.

 

• Our perishable items are carefully packed with insulated packaging and ice packs to keep items cool until arrival. Please refrigerate your products immediately upon arrival. If you open the box the day of its expected delivery and find the ice packs have melted, please don’t fear! This is normal and your cheese and charcuterie are fine and just simply need to be refrigerated to restore them to their prime condition.

I need a rush order gift. What do I do?

We are here to help! If you need a gift order to be shipped sooner than the 10-14 business days we state above, just give us a call and we can let you know if we are able to meet your expedited timeframe. We are willing to accommodate and try our best to get your order placed and shipped quickly, if possible.

Can I choose a date for my gift to arrive?

Yes, you are able to choose a date range by week that the gift will Ship from our facility. The delivery date will vary based on your selected shipping option and the transit time.

We are shipping from our warehouse in Mt. Pleasant, PA, so consider at least 1-5 business days of transit when selecting Standard Delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

We are excited to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $85 on Non-Perishable gifts, per shipping address. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship non-perishable gifts only to countries outside of the United States. Gifts shipping outside of the Continental United States [i.e., Alaska & Hawaii] will require an additional shipping charge. Any gifts shipping to Canada, you will be responsible for any taxes, duties, and shipping cost that occur. *For any countries outside of the U.S. and Canada please call for shipping and cost details.

Do you ship to multiple locations?

Yes! We can ship directly to your list of recipients at multiple locations and arrange to have all your gifts arrive on/around the same day.

To simplify the ordering process and make it easier for you to manage, please download our Corporate Order Form to help you compile your list of recipients.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes! Your gift purchase includes a complimentary gift card. You can send us a custom gift message to be included with the gift box[es]. 

Is there a minimum purchase required?

No. We are happy to help you with your order, large or small, for all standard products. We are ready for a few (dozen, hundred, thousand) gifts! 

Can I buy now and ship later?

Yes! The sooner you place your order the better! You can place your order now and put a “Ship Later” date on the order and we’ll hold your order until your requested ship date. Talk to your Corporate Gift Specialist about Ship Later date details.

Can I substitute items in a ready-to-ship gift?

Any changes or substitutions to our Ready-to-Ship gifts is no problem, we will consider this a custom gift. But don’t worry… no extra fees apply to build-your-own!

When is the last day I have to place my order to guarantee arrival by Christmas?

STANDARD SHIPPING: All orders placed by end of day December 14th will be guaranteed delivery by Christmas, via the standard shipping rate.

 

OVERNIGHT UPS: You have until end of day December 20th to place orders via Overnight to guarantee delivery by Christmas.

 

Also note that once all holiday orders leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Even in case of unforeseen events outside of our control, we know that they will love the gift, even if 1 or 2 days later.
